French Language Institute

The French Language Institute (Institut de français langue étrangère) is a department of the Saleve Adventist University. For over 50 years it has been sharing the language and culture of France with non-French-speaking students, thus helping to prepare them for careers on both the national and international levels.

Teaching is organised in annual cycles, plus a summer course. Courses levels are adjusted to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, as defined by the Council of Europe.

The presence of a wide variety of nationalities on campus encourages students to move beyond their cultural boundaries and encounter others in a spirit of love an Christian fellowship.
